Deep Dive
6 Week Gut Optimisation Package and includes GI Pro Ultimate Test
This is the in depth 6 week package which works to optimise gut health ensuring you get the most from the food you eat. GI Pro Ultimate Gut Health Test uses a combination of qPCR testing and 16s rRNA sequencing to give comprehensive and extensive insight into gut health, via a non-invasive stool sample.
The most in-depth gut test, the Ultimate Gut Health Test measures key markers including calprotectin, zonulin and secretory IgA, leaky gut, pathogenic bacteria, worms and absorption markers, to give a full assessment of the microbiome.

Happy Hormone Package
6-week hormone balancing package includes DUTCH Complete Urinary Hormone Test
This dried urine test measures sex and adrenal hormones, their metabolites, cortisol and organic acids. It is useful for those who suspect hormonal imbalances, or who simply want to monitor their hormonal health.
This test requires four or five dried urine samples to be collected over two days.
The test measures progesterone, estrogens, androgens, creatinine, cortisol, cortisone, nutritional organic acids and neurotransmitters.

Thyroid Package (with Thyroid Profile)
This finger prick blood sample measures the main Thyroid Hormones (Free T3, Free T4, and TSH) and Thyroid Antibodies (Thyroglobulin and Thyroid Peroxidase), all of which give a detailed understanding of how well the thyroid works, and whether there is any indication of autoimmunity.
